This *new* job can be found in the Inventory Management Module.  The job allows for an item to be reassigned from an old to new barcode, with the entire item history preserved on the record.   This job will remove the need to de-accession and then re-accession an item when a barcode changes.

Due to highly specific nature of this function, the job button must be opted into via the Access Level function in the Administration Module.  We recommend only administrators have access to this job type.
